How do you know if I am the right Counsellor for you?
Initially, we would have a free 15 minute phone consultation where we would have the opportunity to talk through your reasons for seeking counselling support and your expectations of counselling. I will answer any queries you have - for example number of sessions, confidentiality, fees and terms and conditions. There is no charge and no commitment at this stage so you will have time to decide whether you would like to continue with booking your first session. When will sessions take place?
Depending on availability, I will work with you to find a convenient time for your session to take place. Sessions will last for a period of 50 minutes, these would normally be weekly sessions on the same day each week.
Where will the counselling sessions take place?
Counselling sessions take place at my practice at Daleswood Health, B92 0JJ, it is a comfortable and confidential space with easy access to parking facilities. I am also able to offer telephone and online sessions.
What will it cost?
Individual counselling costs £65 for a 50 minute session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable.
